Order Requirements

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Sampling 1 piece per style. Bulk 100 pcs per color for stock fabric, 300-500 pcs per color for custom dyed or printed fabric. For 4-5 similar styles in similar materials, 300 pcs per color is acceptable.

Sampling Process

Do you provide samples? How long does it take?

Yes. After receiving the complete tech pack and sample fee, standard samples are ready in 3-4 days. International shipping takes 7-14 days, so total lead time is around 2-3 weeks. Complex workmanship or special fabrics may take longer.

Fabric Capabilities

Do you offer custom fabric and special functions?

Yes. With our in-house fabric mill and partner dyeing/finishing facilities, we develop cotton, CVC, TC, polyester, functional yarns, and more. Available treatments include moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial, anti-pilling, soft wash, brushed fleece, etc. For professional outdoor hard-shell fabrics, we source or develop according to your target specs.

OEM / ODM Service

What customization services do you support?

Full OEM/ODM service: collar height, fit/pattern, fabric hand-feel, color development, rib structure, labels, hang tags, and packaging. NDA signing and full intellectual property protection. 25 years of experience; our design team supports trend research and style optimization.

Quality Assurance

What are your quality control and certifications?

Certified by BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, WRAP, GMP, and FCCA, with full documentation available. End-to-end QC: raw material inspection, in-process control, finished garment testing, pre-shipment inspection. Retail-level quality standards; long-term partners include 32 Degrees, Champion, and Walmart.

1,800 employees, 50 smart production lines, 10 million garments annual capacity. Vertically integrated: fabric mill, dyeing/finishing, trims factory, and garment base. No peak-season bottlenecks, stable bulk delivery, multi-category simultaneous production.
