Introduction to Tungsten Carbide

Tungsten Steel (also known as tungsten alloy or cemented carbide) is a type of alloy steel containing tungsten as a key element. It is commonly referred to as tungsten carbide and colloquially known as “hard alloy” or “tungsten gold.”

Main Elements:
In addition to tungsten (W) and carbon (C), it typically includes other metals such as chromium (Cr), vanadium (V), molybdenum (Mo), and cobalt (Co).
