Dongguan Junyu Precision Mould Co., Ltd., located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, was established in 2008.
We have achieved ISO9001 international quality management system certification since 2017. Dongguan Junyu Precision Mould Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in the processing of precision metal stamping molds, plastic molds, and components. All products are widely used in various fields such as aerospace, new energy, semiconductor, photovoltaic energy storage, home appliances, medical care, communications, 3C electronics, and more.
Our company has a group of professional staff who are well-versed in the processing of precision parts for the Japan, European, and American markets. We will continue to adopt the principle of human resource development as a foundation to ensure engineering technology and provide strong quality assurance support, aiming to create a “win-win” situation for both parties, and ultimately offer better service to all customers, both domestic and international.
The company was established in Shixia, Dongguan in 2008.
2008-2010: The company has 10 employees. The production equipment includes 5 surface grinders, 1 milling machine, and 1 EDM machine.
2010-2015: The company has 25 employees. The production equipment includes 12 surface grinders, 2 milling machines, 4 EDM machines, and 2 precision EDM machines.
In 2016, the company expanded and moved to Changben Technology Park in Dalang, Dongguan. The number of employees increased to more than 80, with more than 70 production equipment, including optical projection grinders, surface grinders, milling machines, precision EDM machines, precision wire cutting machines, and CNC machining centers.
